This policy describes how Ebringa Ads MCP ("the application"), operated by Ebringa Zrt. (which also operates the ebikeshop.hu web shop), accesses and handles data obtained through Google APIs.
Through Google OAuth, with read-only access, the application reads data from Google accounts owned by Ebringa Zrt.:
The application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or any personal Google account data of its users beyond the basic sign-in identity of the authorised Ebringa Zrt. account.
The data is used exclusively for Ebringa Zrt.'s internal reporting and analysis of its own advertising and website performance.
Data is processed on servers operated by Ebringa Zrt. in a data centre in the European Union, and in internal analysis files of Ebringa Zrt. Access requires authentication and is limited to authorised Ebringa Zrt. staff and its contracted advertising agency. OAuth credentials are stored on the server and are never shared.
The data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to third parties, except to the advertising agency acting on Ebringa Zrt.'s behalf under contract, and where required by law.
Ebringa Ads MCP's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
Reporting data is retained as long as needed for Ebringa Zrt.'s internal analysis. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; deletion requests can be sent to the contact below.
